Train4Family — Sport for Inclusive Family Participation
Bringing children with disabilities and their families closer through accessible sport, physical activity and healthy lifestyles.

Project Overview
Train4Family recognises the important role of families in encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle. Children with disabilities can face barriers to participation in sport, including limited access to adapted activities and appropriate guidance. These barriers may also reduce opportunities for family members to participate together.
The project focuses on including children with disabilities and their parents, guardians and siblings in enjoyable sport and physical activities. It combines inclusive participation with accessible educational resources that help families support physical activity and healthier daily habits.
With attention to family engagement, nutrition and inclusion, Train4Family aims to improve quality of life and promote social participation for children with disabilities.
